I’d love to tell a cute story about how I’ve always been obsessed with cameras and took videos of butterflies ever since I was old enough to walk, but I didn’t and I’m not.

What I do love are people. What I also love is this beautiful creation we all get to live on and the beautiful things in it. What I really love are stories about people on this planet encountering a love that changes their life.

I encountered my first camera in high school - you know, the ones that still used tapes? My friends and I were the first ones to be in what was called “Film Class” where we made terrible music videos and short films - but it was SO much fun.

Eventually I found myself at my then dream job working for a Christian summer camp in the mountains of Colorado. My sweet spot became meeting new people and documenting stories of life change and people. 

​
